Ivana Stradner is a Jeane Kirkpatrick Visiting Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, where her research focuses on information operations, cybersecurity and Russian hybrid warfare. She also writes about Russia’s influence in international organizations. Dr. Stradner has also focused particular attention on Russian interference in Eastern Europe, testifying at the EU Parliament.

Dr. Stradner has authored a number of academic and policy articles and op-eds published in widely read sources such as Foreign Policy, Newsweek, NY Post, Defense One and the Washington Post. Before joining AEI, she was a lecturer at UC Berkeley School of Law and she was a research fellow at the Center for European Studies at Harvard University.  She also lectures on international law, international security, international institutions and EU law.

Dr. Stradner has a Doctor of Juridical Science (J.S.D.)  and a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
