2BS Forum is a leading politico-security forum in Southeast Europe (SEE) that takes place annually. This year, the Forum was held on October 5-7, 2023 in Budva, Montenegro. It gathered more than 400 participants addressing some of the most pressing issues of European and global security of today, primarily focusing on Montenegro and the Western Balkan region, which has once again become the sphere of interest of major stakeholders of the International community.
The vivid discussion was encouraged regarding the most important dilemmas concerning external actors’ influence with a particular focus on Russia and China, NATO’s future role, the USA foreign policy approach towards the Western Balkan region, the war in Ukraine, EU security policy, threats that undermine democracy, AI, as well as ongoing disinformation challenges and threats.
