Graduate of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, holding Master’s degrees in Law and in International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies. Following the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine in 2022, he joined the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine. Over the course of his service, he advanced from Analyst to Head of the Department for Countering Information Threats to National Security. He has extensive expertise in strategic communications, information analysis and countering disinformation. He currently leads the Center’s monitoring and analytical activities, focusing on identifying and assessing information threats, developing strategies for their neutralisation, and preparing recommendations to support decision-making at the state level.
