Strategic Analyst, The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies (HCSS)
Laura Jasper is Programme Coordinator and Strategic Analyst at The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies (HCSS). She leads PROGRESS, HCSS’s multi-annual research framework, in consortium with the Clingendael Institute for the Dutch Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defence. Her research focuses on undermining, particularly Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI), and the role of non-state actors. She examines how these actors erode society and the rule of law, and how their activities intersect with conflict and state stability. She also serves on the advisory board of The European Trust Alliance (THETA), a European initiative advancing the future of trust in digital environments.
