Dr. Zlatko Vujović is the President of the Governing Board of the Centre for Monitoring and Research (CeMI), one of the leading think tanks and election monitoring organizations in the Western Balkans. He also serves as Executive Director of the European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations (ENEMO) and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Global Network of Domestic Election Monitors (GNDEM). In addition, he is an Associate Professor at the University of Montenegro, where he teaches Electoral Systems, Public Policy and Public Opinion at the Faculty of Political Science, and Comparative Politics at the Faculty of Law.
